Environmental Education

Two Ponds NWR offers educational opportunities for teachers and their students during the school year and is an ideal setting for outdoor classrooms and field trips during the spring and fall. The environmental education area is open for prearranged guided tours for groups of 10 or more. Wetland educational programs have been developed to provide urban students with staff and teacher-led programs in partnership with the Colorado Wildlife Federation. Reservations are required and programs are conducted at no charge.
